Bookings should be made well in advance by email. It
helps if you give us a second choice in case your preferred
cruise is fully booked. The payment transfer is to our
bank account. For availability please contact Anky our reservation
department.
Although we will refund all monies paid in case of
cancellation on our part, we wish to be expressly understood
that we can not be held financially responsible for
any changes in itinerary due to weather conditions,
political problems or civil unrest.

Changes and Surcharge
Ms Liburan Paradise reserves the option to make unavoidable changes like increases in price (surcharges) due to changes in fuel costs, Government taxes, Harbor fees, and Park entrance fees amongst others. Changes may also include changes in departure dates due to unexpected changes in domestic flight schedules. They may also include changes to itineraries due to unexpected natural events or political unrest. When guests is not possible to reach LABUHA airport cause flight problems, we are able to pick up all guests at Ternate Airport instead. The team of Ms Liburan Paradise will make all effort to communicate these issues fully and to provide acceptable comfortable alternatives in full consultation with the guests.
When a guest wants to leave the trip before its completion, we are not liable for refunds, but will make every effort to facilitate return travel of the guest. We recommend for all guests to prepare sufficient insurance for emergencies.
